1.   An Agreement/Contract will be signed in-between both parties, "Client" and "IMIGRATS", in which "IMIGRATS" will serve as an "immigration consultant", "Agreement/Contract" will discuss the boundaries, limitations, duties, services and line of instructions/actions mutually agreed by both parties.
2.   It will be the client's duty and obligation to provide any further documents or details that so ever will be required by concerned authorities for achieving the client’s "Residency Visa". However, we will try our best that such a situation won't occur.

1.   Initialing documents in concern "Embassy or Consulate" with details of client and consultant.
2.   Submitting / Collecting documents with legal details of the client and the consultant in the Embassy.
3.   Attestation required from Embassy/Consulate for "Marriage certificate" and "Bith certificate" of client's family to avail the residency visa for client's family, if it is required and requested by the client.

Step 1:
1.    Must clear "Final Payments" against the concerned package.

Step 2:
1.    Collecting "initial approval documents" from the consultant which were issued by the "concerned Governmental Departments" for the client’s "Residency Visa" in a related country.

Step 3:
Finally, need to submit the below documents to the concerned "Embassy or Consulate" to avail of "Residency Visa":
1.   Visa Application.
2.   Initial Approvals.
3.   Notarized copy of "Tenancy Agreement/Contract".
4.   "Travel Medical Insurance" for a year.
5.   "Bank Statement" showing sufficient Funds for living in the concerned country, minimum requirement €15,000.00 Euros.
